Shipping

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 14 days, unless the product page says otherwise. Most accessories ship faster. Saunas, cold plunges, and other large pieces often ship freight from the maker and can take the full window.

Shipping cost and method are calculated at checkout. You will get tracking by email when the shipment leaves.

Freight is curbside / driveway with liftgate when the carrier offers it. Someone should be available to receive it. Inspect the crate or carton before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and email photos to support@saunachiller.com within 5 days.

We ship within the United States. International orders are not available unless listed at checkout.

Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier delivers. Delays from weather, the carrier, or the maker are not a reason to cancel after the order is in production.
